The 2025 Rising Star list is only the second annual list compiled by InvestmentNews which invited nominations from wealth management professionals across the U.S. Nominees had to be 40 years or under as of October 1, 2025. Nominations included information about each nominee’s current role, their key achievements and career goals with recommendations from managers also taken into account. The final 2025 list was overseen by an independent panel of industry leaders. No compensation was paid to be included on this list or to market the award.
